Use of the service

You may use HealthTunes for personal, non-commercial purposes. Content can be listened to, but must not be downloaded or used outside the context of the app or site. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

Subscriptions

HealthTunes offers a one-month free trial, no credit card required. After the trial, the subscription is 4.99 USD or 4.99 EUR per month, depending on your location. You may cancel at any time.

HealthTunes® is a registered trademark (U.S. Reg. No. 5,103,657; EU IPO No. 016444812). All music, technology, and content on HealthTunes is owned by or licensed to HealthTunes, including sound recordings made available under statutory license with the U.S. Copyright Office. Our adaptive audio therapy technology is protected by US patents held by Univ.-Prof. Walter Werzowa.

Limitation of liability

HealthTunes provides this service as-is. We are not liable for any outcomes related to your use of the platform. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
